  I needed a white delonghi kettle and the lady in the fitting rooms, called up for me in another store and she found one for me. Despite the fact that she was really busy, she took her time and helped me. Thank you very much.

  Can't find there right fone number anywhere I've tried centre management they don't have it ... called Liverpool they don't have . I only had until 5pm to make a lay- by deposit or else it will be put back on shelves...... in which I don't think that I'd fair as there is no way of getting in contact with them ..... BIG W to make it easier 4 everyone else put in your fight info as not all parents have time to run down to your store when u have lay_by payment over the fone .......

  This lady Cheryle or cherlye was extremely rude and aggressive towards my mother and I I just attacked at that moment. I thought my mum was going to pay by card but she was actually paying by cash (only six dollars so self explanatory) she didn’t know she was using the card only cashier thing to pay. So the lady Cheryle had to help us cancel our purchase but she verbally attacked my mum for using the wrong pay out and rudely pointed to the card only sign as if she couldn’t read. Other than that BigW had great prices but pls eat rid of Cheryle

  My advise is don't change to much . Iwas very confused . Everything is everywere .all mixed up. Don't go cheap as we like you just as you are big w. Look what happened to target . Not doing very well . People like there stores for what they have already not for how cheap they can go.
